Uttarakhand Tea is produced in the misty mountains of Uttarakhand , from the choicest Darjeeling varieties of the plants. The light liquor of tea is loaded varieties of tea plants. Tea comes graded and packed fresh from the gardens of Uttarakhand.
Orthodox tea refers to whole leaf tea manufactured using the traditional form of tea making, which includes withering, rolling, fermentation and drying of the tea leaf.
These teas are premium (generally sold in export markets) and demand the highest quality of handpicked green leaf.
How to brew this Tea
Step 1: Take the required quantity of tea leaf in a tea pot @ 3 gms per cup of tea.
Step 2 : Pour the required quantity of boiling water in the tea pot, put on its lid, and allows the tea to infuse for 3-4 minutes.
Step 3 : Pour the infusion into hot water-warmed cups, add 3-4 drops of lemon juice and sugar to it and mix it well untill the sugar dissolves completely and serve hot.
