Refund policy

tokrise.com takes great pride in our products.
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Whatsapp or Facebook or Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 5-7 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, to support@tokrise.com with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will send across a replacement parcel the next day which should reach you within the next 5-7 days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. Incase of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation’ within two hours of your order.

The necessary information to complete your order is only shared with the associated courier partner that will be delivering your ordered items.
tokrise.com does not store your credit / debit card or online bank account information. We do not handle the payment gateway data or store it as it is entered by you directly and is 100% secure.


You may find links which may lead to external websites. We hold no responsibility or control over the terms of use of the external website.
Therefore we expect our users to be aware of the privacy policies of each respective website which they enter into from our website as our privacy policy applies only to the content and service provided on our platform.


The payment gateway system provides you with an array of convenient options to purchase our products and services. These various options are through net banking, credit card and debit card or even Cash on Delivery.
We do not accept cheques or demand drafts.

Shipping and Delivery

Once we receive your order, it will be processed and ready to be shipped within 2 business days. However depending on the delivery location your orders can take about 3-8 working days from the date of ordering to reach you.
Delivery time is also subjective to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.
